Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with a product, please email or call us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Any products returned without return authorization will be rejected and if requested by you, shipped back to you at your cost. 2) Product must be returned within 30 days from the date product is shipped to you. Ship your product prepaid (No C.O.D. will be accepted). 3) Product must be in the original packaging to avoid any additional fees. 4) Product must never have been used, worn, altered, washed, soiled, etc. 5) Product must be returned with a copy of the invoice. 6) The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside packaging. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer’s packaging or box.

Only the cost of the product will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange a product please call or email for an exchange authorization. (510-881-8125)  The product must be returned within 30 days from the date the product was shipped to you.  All exchanged merchandise must be in the original packaging and must not have been worn, used, altered washed or soiled. Product must be returned with a copy of the invoice and please include a written letter of what you would like in exchange.
